Refund policy

Refund & Quality Guarantee Policy

At Neighbourhood Greens, we grow fresh, soil-grown microgreens to order and harvest within 24 hours of delivery. Because our products are perishable and best consumed within 5–7 days, our refund policy reflects the fresh nature of what we sell.

Freshness Guarantee

We take great pride in the quality of our produce. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your microgreens:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Appear wilted or spoiled upon delivery
  • Are the wrong item
  • Are missing from your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@neighbourhoodgreens.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh food, we do not accept physical returns of microgreens or live trays.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect storage after delivery
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Products consumed or partially used

Our microgreens are best stored refrigerated and consumed within 5–7 days.

Subscription Orders

For subscription customers:

Changes, skips or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day.

Once your order has been harvested or packed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (all fresh microgreens and live trays)
  • Custom or special grow orders
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and have not received it within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@neighbourhoodgreens.com

Our Commitment

We genuinely care about our customers and the quality of what we grow. If something isn’t right, we want to know quickly so we can make it right.
